Mouzaia_district_paris_19thIn the heart of the 19th arrondissement, close to the Buttes Chaumont, originally a working city founded in the 19th century, they now belong to a population bobo (bourgeois bohemian).
Built around the rue Michel Hidalgo and rue de la Mouzaia (Villa des Lilas, Villa Loraine, Villa de Bellevue), small houses are hidden, flowers, cobbled streets, terraces, an exotic village in Paris !
The architect Paul Casimir Fouquiau designed them on a fragile soil, with red brick facade, today repainted.
