Tour Maine-Montparnasse (Maine-Montparnasse Tower), also commonly named Tour Montparnasse, is a 210-metre (689 ft) tall office skyscraper located in Paris, 14th arrondissement. Built on top of the Montparnasse – Bienvenüe Paris Métro station, the 59 floors of the tower are mainly occupied by offices. The 56th floor, with a restaurant, and the terrace on the top floor, are open to the public for viewing the city.

Situated on the left bank of the River Seine, it contains most of the Montparnasse district, the Tour Montparnasse, and its major railway terminus, the Gare Montparnasse. The 14th arrondissement also contains the Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris, which is located near Parc Montsouris and Stade Charléty.
